TrackYourFunds is a modern, affordable school activity fund accounting solution for K-12 Schools. Our story is a unique one. TrackYourFunds (TYF) is brought by a team that has over 100+ years of combined school accounting experience and that has worked together closely for over 20 years. Many of our staff were former school bookkeepers and central office support staff. We are excited to bring a new solution to the school accounting world. TYF started back in 2020 with a focus on churches and non-profits. With K-12 Schools being important to our team, we introduced the latest version of TYF into K-12 Public School market in 2024. TYF offers the latest technology with all the features and functionality we’ve learned over the past three decades – plus cool new features!
We assembled an exciting ‘all-star’ team, experienced in all aspects of school accounting, to design and develop our product – TrackYourFunds. Totally re-engineered with the latest technology, it not only includes all the functionality and ease-of-use schools need, but it further tames the new and emerging digital banking functions facing today’s schools. Finally, we strengthened the central office component with powerful features to address district oversight and requirements.
