At TrackYourFunds, we believe that managing school activity funds should feel simple, secure, and stress-free.

Our Mission

We offer a modern, affordable solution built specifically for K-12 schools, designed for the real-world needs of bookkeepers, principals, and office staff who keep the day-to-day running smoothly.

Our mission is simple. Help schools confidently manage every dollar entrusted to them, from fundraiser proceeds to field trip fees, so they can stay focused on what matters most: their students.

What We Stand For

At every step, we’re driven by the belief that the right tools (combined with world-class support) empower schools to thrive.

our Story

What truly sets us apart is our story and the people behind it.

Our team brings together more than 100 years of combined school accounting experience. Many of us were once school bookkeepers and central office support staff, navigating the same challenges of school finance.

We have worked alongside each other for more than two decades, and that shared experience is at the heart of everything we build, bringing both technical knowledge and hands-on experience to every solution we create.

TrackYourFunds first launched in 2020 with a focus on supporting churches and non-profits, but our heart never left the world of education. Knowing how important schools are to our team, we introduced the latest version of TrackYourFunds to the K-12 public school market in 2024. This new release combines the best of what we have learned over the past three decades, along with cutting-edge technology and thoughtful, school-first features.

TrackYourFunds offers the functionality and ease that schools rely on, while also helping them manage the new realities of digital banking and financial oversight with confidence.

With a focus on current technology, school-specific features, and genuinely affordable pricing, we’re proud to offer schools a better way to manage funds, handle emerging digital banking needs, and strengthen district-level oversight.

The Road to Success

In 2018, TRA (Technology Resource Associates) was sold to the Canadian-based KEV Group. Two years later, our former members shared a vision for simple, easy-to-use accounting.

We launched TrackYourFunds in 2020, with the intent to serve non-profit organizations and churches. We designed our accounting package from scratch and entered the church and non-profit space in 2022.

A few years of expansion and reflection encouraged our team to take TrackYourFunds into a new direction: education. Our backgrounds, experiences, and passions lie in the K-12 public school market.

As of 2024, we officially entered the market and began redesigning the platform, specially tailored for schools. Our presence relieved customers who were unhappy with their previous support, whether it be a system that felt dated or disconnected from their needs. In this same year, we first implemented our software at Braxton County Schools, West Virginia.

Our 2025 client list continues to grow with the inclusion of two top-tier school districts in the country. Cobb County, Georgia, contains 111 schools, and Knox County, Tennessee, 96. TrackYourFunds was also implemented in Virginia’s New Kent County Schools and Pittsylvania County Schools districts.

These, alongside our other incredible districts in Virginia, West Virginia, and Tennessee, are welcome additions to our journey. We look forward to incorporating new districts in the coming years!

Looking Ahead

TrackYourFunds is expanding across the U.S., rolling out new features, and developing school-first solutions based on user feedback and input.

We’re committed to building a future where schools have simple, smart, and sustainable financial tools, designed with schools, for schools.
