Our county school system recently transitioned to Track Your Funds for our financial software, and I am pleased to report that the implementation was remarkably seamless. The experience we've had with both the software itself, and the supporting team has been outstanding. From day one, the process was smooth, with clear guidance and support every step of the way. The user-friendly interface has made managing our finances more efficient, and the features are tailored to meet our specific needs. Additionally, the responsiveness and expertise of the Track Your Funds team have significantly enhanced our confidence in using the software. At the high school level, keeping track of finances can be an overwhelming task. Switching to TYF for our accounting software has been a simple transition with minimal training needed to learn the ropes. Throughout our first year, we would come across specific tasks we would need to perform or reports that would need generated that weren't yet available. The staff/developers at TYF were very efficient to respond and do what was needed to customize and ensure we had access to everything that was required to be compliant with state policies. The program itself has a clean and simple setup with easy access to all records needed. Last year was our first year using Track Your Funds within our school system. Let me just say this program rocks! Mallory and the rest of the team have been so pleasant to work with. From helping us navigate and use the program to creating reports or tweaking things to work for us, they have been there every step of the way. The system is literally set up to make life easier for us bookkeepers. Now that I have had a year to use the program, I'm looking forward to next school year and better utilizing all aspects of the program.
